VERY SATISFIED WITH NEW HAIR SYSTEM EXPERIENSED

I used to be a client of Hairdirect of Lancaster PA for many years until they unexpectedly closed its doors on February 20, 2022. Hairdirect was a front-runner in the hair replacement system industry for over 26 years in which it let me and customers worldwide in a lurch. As I was searching for a new hair replacement company, I came across HollywoodLace based in Hallandale, FL. When I called, I spoke to Alex and after speaking to him he understood exactly my situation and that they were already helping other Hairdirect customers. As an HD client, Alex gave a discount on the system I wanted to order and took time to work with me on how to duplicate my order to the specifications of HD. I normally do not leave a review on any product that I purchase but I just wanted to write this review regarding my experience pertaining to Hollywoodlace. I was very satisfied with Alex in which he was able to get me the hair system that I wanted according to the specifications and the absolute best thing is that he referred me to Carmela an experienced hairdresser from Long Island NY which services Hollywoodlace clients in NY. I called and made an appointment with Carmela; she made me feel at ease and took her time to cut my system exactly the way I wanted. I am very satisfied with Alex from Hollywoodlace and Carmela. I'm looking forward to continuing ordering my hair systems and working with Alex from Hollywoodlace and having Carmela to service and cut all my hair systems. I am giving them 5 stars. Thank You
