This company is a scam..sad to say. We have been working with them for months and allowed them to take $2995.00 May 16,2011 out of our checking for the final processing. Richard Winn from the Legal Dept. (supposedly)
was on us contantly and then our file was passed on to Dennis Scott to complete the process so he said. Dennis wanted me to make sure all my pay and husband Social Security was direct deposited so the lender could see the money coming in. I am so stupid, and feel so lost. I contacted Better Business Bureau last night and filed a complaint. Today I emailed Consumer Affairs from my State of New Jersey site.
I will dust myself off and put up a good fight, seeking legal counsel today. These companies have to be stopped!!!!
We called the toll free number for Home Care Alliance 800-547-6533and they are using a phone center out of Baton Rouge Louisiana, They answer the phone Crisis Home Center! They changed the name! The web site is still active. So they move on to scam some other families who are trying to get help!
