I think I've been had as well. I've been calling a Mr. Dan Clark for days now and he has not returned any of my phone calls. I've also left several messages for Stephanie Smith who has been one of the processors working on my file she hasn't returned any of my calls either. They got me for a little over $3000.00. I'm going to contact my Attorney General's Office as well. I just got a letters back from a lawyers office for the loans service provider from my loan stating that foreclosure proceedings have been filed and I could be evicted within 45 days of the date of the filing.
