I feel this company is a full scam. They shift you to many different people, change their phone #'s and never answer calls, emails, or voicemails. All across America this is a free service and should be handled directly with the bank that handles your mortgage. I found this out when HLRC told me to call the bank myself. Wow! I thought that is what I paid them to do. I called the bank and this is how I found out that this service is free. From July '09 to November '09 not once did HLRC call my bank and the bank has proof. Now that I was denied a loan modification HLRC seems to be refusing any interaction with me. PLEASE DEAL WITH YOUR BANK DIRECTLY AND DONT FALL VICTIM TO ANYBODY!!!!! All I am asking for is my money returned to me.
