This firm contacted me about loan modification and guaranteed me that that could get me a lower interest rate and mortgage payment. I paid an up front fee of $3495. And they said that it should take 60-90 days to complete. It has been 8 months and I got notice from my lender that my request has been denied. I could have done the same thing if I would have applied myself to my lender. Now when I try to call to get an explanation and I can't seem to get through or get a call back. I use to get regular calls from them explaining my account is in review. I just want my money back. They promise you this but can't deliver.
