We have been paying for Home Services USA Corp warranty program for 2 years now. Our water heater split and was pouring water everywhere. I called Progress Energy to see what we need to do. As we were paying for insurance through our electric bill. We were informed that we go buy a water heater have it installed and call back to start a claim process. It all seemed pretty easy. I called back Progress Energy to start the process. They patched me to Home Services USA. I was told at that time because we replaced it with a tank-less water heater it is not a covered item. I said then we will put electric water heater in even through it hasn't been 48 hours it will be replacing an tank-less not electric. they continue to take our money and the only letter we have ever received was they are now increasing our fee. So much to going green and thinking we were covered. Someone needs to stop this company from stealing money. They take the money but when it comes time to reimburse they refuse.
