This is a reply to the first review:
Whitewater rafting is not a ride at Disney World and the trip times vary on how much rain we receive in the area. Huck Finn Rafting does the exact same trip as French Broad Rafting and they are closer to the river than we are; therefore, Eric's trip would have been shorter if he went rafting with them. We advertise that the trip time is approximately 3 hours (we had to include travel time or else people would complain we aren't accurate about the trip time!). Occasionally we do have a trip that leaves a little later than scheduled due to an earlier trip getting back late; however, we still raft the entire section that is advertised. And we cannot refund someone's money for a trip that was completed as advertised with no issues. We suggest that Eric stick to places like Disney or Gatlinburg if he wants a cookie cutter activity - same every time.
