**Beware**
Please DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY. PLEASE LET YOUR FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST THEY ARE! I have been dealing with this company for more than 3 weeks now for our cross country move form Los Angeles, CA to North Carolina. This is our story: 1. Delivery promised on 7/7/12: We received some of our items, but 38 boxes were left somewhere in Dallas, TX due to an overweight moving truck. 2. They said the 38 boxes would be delivered on 7/14/12: They never called us to confirm the day before delivery, so we called them. They said that the truck had not even left L.A. 3. They then promised to deliver on 7/18/12: After calling again, they told us that they hadn't left L.A.. We were told that the truck broke down. A likely story. 4. We were them promised delivery on 7/24/12: We called the day before delivery and they told us it would be a day later. 5. Now, they have promised us delivery on 7/25/12: I hope this is the last day. My husband and I had to call them countless times just to find out when our belongings will be delivered. They never informed or called us about their schedule changes. The guy who schedules the moving is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. He said that since a portion of our belonging were delivered on 7/7/12, the original delivery date, his company kept the promise of delivering on time! Can you believe his logic? He said that he can only compensate us $300 for the nearly three week delay, saying that it is 10% of $3400 total cost. Is this a joke? They do not have a manager who can deal with this situation. They say that as long as they deliver all of the items within 70 days, they have no responsibility to respond to any claims related to the delay. We were so upset. We kept insisting we wanted to get more compensation for the inconvenience. Finally, he said that after we get all our items, we can go through the regular claims procedure. Yes, they do have the claims department with the lady who speaks English. But they kept lying to us saying that they didn't. These are some of the upsetting situations that we have been dealing with. Please save yourself the hassle and do not use this company. If you did unfortunately, insist that you want to talk to the boss! Do not let the scheduler and Mrs.Lee get away with their rudeness and lack of professionalism. They had the audacity to raise their voice against me and told me that we had a lot of stuff; we have enough stuff to fill a two bedroom apartment. I'd hate to see how they deal with moving an entire house.
