ILKB Franklin is such a great workout! As someone who hasn’t worked out in over 10 years, I was genuinely worried that I would crash and burn and not want to come back. Even though getting started was a challenge, I can’t imagine not going back! The staff and other members are so friendly and truly motivate you every class. Each class is a great workout and SO MUCH FUN! I actually enjoy getting ready to go workout now! I highly recommend it!
