Vacation Rental Scam in Paris-Left my family with out place to stay day we arrived

On 05/06/2012 I inquired via Home Away on the availability of property # 223166 I received the response and began to correspond with this company.
I paid the deposit for the apartment on Friday May 11, 2012 via CC – A company called IMarketers.net charged to my Credit Card.
I signed a contract and submitted my full payment via check: payable to Jay Investments Co and mail to: 2519 Lincoln Avenue, Coconut Grove, FL 33133
I received arrival instruction on 06/19/2012; I confirmed my reservation again on Monday June25.
The day I arrived in Paris 06/26 I received a TEXT message telling me the owner of the apartment decide not to honor the booking changed the locks and I was advised to find alternative accommodations. I was stranded in Paris with no hotel and no options, June is a very busy month and there were no hotels open. It was a terrible ordeal for my family and it ruined what should have been a great vacation for my mother and aunt.
Since then your company has not processed my refund or even apologize for the disaster this created for my family. I lost money on reservation and had to change all my plans all of which costs a lot of money.
To resolve the problem, I would expect a full refund processed immediately.
Do not work with any of the companies listed below it is all a scam
