I regret the day I first dealt with this misleading company: Glow.com, IQ Derma, Intelligent Beauty, or whatever they are calling themselves today. I feel so negatively about this company that I have trouble believing the positive reviews are from real customers. I saw the ad online for Regimen and was skeptical but after backing out of my first trial order due to a high shipping charge I was offered a trial for less than two dollars. I accepted… and that’s where the trouble began.
I missed the fine print because I was distracted with all the other big letters and didn’t read the fine print. I believed I wasn’t ordering a product or signing up for a subscription. I believed I was only accepting a trial of a product. This didn’t seem odd to me as many companies will offer free products to test if the product is good, because they know happy customers will order more and tell their friends.
I wasn’t impressed with the product they sent me and forgot about it. Then I received my first $90 charge. I tried to get my money back, but my credit card stated it was a subscription and I was out of luck. I also got a box in the mail and was charged another 90 bucks. It has all been a mess with charges and reverse charges and more charges. It’s been a messy fiasco.
Don’t do business with this misleading company. Sure, it’s all in the fine print, but you probably won’t notice that due to all the other text and distractions on the pages. Whatever you do don’t, don’t, don’t let this company have your credit card number.
