This company has the worse customer service I have ever encountered. They over charged me and argued with me that the charges were correct. First off when you call they try to sell you everything under the sun. I went through about 25 minutes of hard selling just trying to place one order. I agreed to one item because the automated sales person said I would only be charged for the item minus shipping and handling. I didn't think this was so bad so I agreed. They shipped two extra items that I did not agree to, charging me shipping and handling for those items. Then when I tried to remedy the situation the supervisor was extremely unhelpful and said I heard the recording wrong, and insisted that was not what the recording said. I would beware of dealing with this company. A lot of the time it's just better to wait for those "As Seen on T.V." items to show up in a store like Target or K mart. At least you get better service, no arguments and if you feel like you've been over charged they'll remedy the situation. I would avoid this company, buying from an infomercial is definitely more of a hassle than it's worth and you're really not getting a great deal at all after they over charge you for shipping and handling.
