Amazing community, great workout

I joined ilkb in June of 2017, I have lost about 25 pounds. For the first 3 or so months barely anything was happening scale wise, but I was noticing small changes, and then about 4-5 months in, the scale starting moving and I couldn't believe it at first, and now I'm at a weight I haven't been at in probably 2 years. I'm excited to see how I evolve as a person both physically and mentally. And I very literally couldn't have done this without the wonderful community (trainers and members) here at ilkb for constantly pushing me to do better, helping me find ways to keep motivated, and so much more. If you're on the fence about joining, or thinking I can't possibly do that! Believe me, I had the same thoughts, but since joining it has truly changed my life, and if I can do this, you can do this
