Placed order with Imedmart.com for CankerMelts by OraHealth about 1 month ago. Website claimed item was in stock and I would receive it in 4-5 business days. Heard nothing from them until about 7 business days later when I received an e-mail that due to buyer demand etc. item was temporarily not in stock. It gave me no info of when the item was expected in. I did not bother to contact them, since the item was relatively inexpensive and not charged to my account yet. 14 days from when I originally placed the order I finally received it.
This company could have advised me within a day or two that product was not in stock. If I had known the expected ship date I would have cancelled it. Very disappointing website with their lackadaisical incompetence resulting in little to no Customer Service. This was my first and last order. I would give it no stars if I could.
Before I ordered I noticed that the website had no physical address listed on it which is a definite red flag. Since the mdse. was under $10 I chose to risk it. Reading these reviews I guess I am lucky I only got poor service.
