I had In Touch for over 16 years. Last year I let someone talk me into switching to Consumer Cellular. For 4 months Consumer could not get my phone service to work. Dropped calls, no service and dead air to name just a few of the problems. I finally decided to go back to In Touch. Had me up and running the very next day. My new phone arrived the next day all ready to go Even received a veterens discount on my monthly bill. Best move I ever made.
