We've called Brock out several times, for plumbing and HVAC issues. He has been responsive, considerate, and quick each time. When our hot water pipe froze the Friday before Christmas, he came over the same day to take care of it, as he has when we've called previously. (That may not seem like a big deal, but the weekend before a major holiday can be a nightmare for getting help - not to mention the premium we'd most likely pay for a weekend or holiday service call!) He is always courteous, thorough, and his rates are reasonable.
Small business is part of the joy of living in a small town, and Independence Plumbing & Mechanical, LLC is a great example of what a small business should look like.
