Where do I begin? They immediately charged me $285, refused to refund the extra money they billed me in error, "can't find" my cancellation form that was mailed And faxed over two weeks ago. They require that you scan your photo Id as well as your driver's liscence in addition to filling out and mailing or faxing a copy of their "cancellation form". I'm sorry, but it wreaks of identity theft and scams. I was a customer for technically three months now. I tried to cancel my service Fifteen days into the first month because the dedicated I purchased was extremely laggy, even to me, and I live one state away from the data center. I purchased the dedicated to host a gaming server. My clients from both the Us and Canada experienced pings of 120ms to 200+ ms. My European clients had pings of 300-400+ ms. Asian/Australian clients had pings at over 500+ ms each. I switched to GoDaddy after this horrific experience. I have still yet to receive a refund and I highly doubt I will. I've had to cancel my credit card just so they can't continue to charge me. Horrible service, horrible customer support, horrible technical support. By far the Worst host I've used in my 9 years administrating online. Do Not use Server Pronto. The prices might look appealing, but the quality of service is Terrible. You get exactly what you pay for.
