This company is a rip off There are numerous reports online how the continue to bill even after you follow their cancellation policies. I cancelled their service 2 yrs ago with a 0 balance on all accts I had with them and now they are sending my an email saying I owe them money and if I don't pay they will send it to a collection agency. I would like to file a class action lawsuit if there are other that would like to do so please post on this forum. They have an F rating with the bbb in flordia and I have also submitted a complaint to the attorney general.
