Took $ First Day, Still No Product Over A Month Now!

What happened? I'd ordered from them in the past with no problem. This time, I ordered Dec. 2, it's Jan. 3rd and they won't answer e-mail or phone messages. Disappointing! Worst Internet experience ever!
