This school does not even deserve the one star that I am giving them. I've been a student at IME for six months before I realized that the school only wants money and doesn't care about doing things the right way. It does not take an Einstein to realize that a lot of my classmates are being kept in the program so they can get the tuition money and then find reasons to get rid of them towards the end, when they have collected all the money.
Financial aid department is ridiculous, they have no problems harassing you to collect money but when you need them, or if you are trying to collect your reimbursement, they do not call you back. They also miscalculate all the fees so by the end of the program they add more to your balance.
The owner is a complete joke. He blames everyone below him to be the unprofessionals that cause all the problems but doesn't he realize that he hires them and he is the role modeling unprofessionalism himself. For example, what company owner/executive gets drunk at a halloween party, where there are students and teachers, and passes out on the couch and says: "I don't care, I own this company." Wow!!!! When the environment is filled with gossiping staff, even the owner, just imagine what kind of learning environment that creates.
Ultimately, this school does not deserve any of your money because the owners are incompetent and they do not care about the product of graduates that they create. It is obvious that upper management is all fake, incompetent, and/or naive because they promise everything and give you nothing. Do yourself a favor and run away, Education really should not be compromised and submitted to people who do not know or care how to run a school. It is sad that they had very good people working for them at one point but because of all the frustrations they encountered when they realized that they were also fooled about the intent of the company, they went running out of IME as well. It should speak volumes when you constantly have a mass exodus of students, teachers, and staff. Please be an educated consumer and do your research before you chose a school.
