Liz and everyone we worked with from IDS did a great job on being able to describe and explain the topic, issues and their solutions to our problems. They went through in detail how we were going to make the correction, and then showed us how to make the correction. She was very professional, timely, and thorough on anything she was doing for us. Liz helped us have a better understanding of our financial outlook and be able to forecast where our accounts would end up after each project. She also helped us implement an incentive program which was a great starting point to get our employees to be accountable for their own production. The whole process has been a game changer for us.
