We were so pleased with the results we’ve achieved working IDS and Thomas in particular I just had to leave a review. From day one, he took the time to understand our challenges and worked within our financial limits. Our initial concern was the overall cost but he promised us he would stick to the proposed scope and come in on budget. He kept this promise. Thomas went above and beyond to make sure we hit our goals even finding creative ways to get things done and pushing through obstacles most people would’ve avoided. His hands-on approach and constant communication kept our entire team focused and motivated. Thanks to his guidance, We were really able to finally put to bed some long standing issues.
