Right off the bat I want to acknowledge their extensive experience with a wide range of clients and industries. I mention this because we run a home services-related business that some might consider a specialty. This has caused issues for us in the past when bringing in outside people. Jacob had no issues hitting the ground running and was able to give us a high level assessment of where our larger issues rested. It soon became evident as we worked through different areas of our company that we were significantly understaffed on the operations side. This was bleeding into all levels of our company and even directly affected our operators in the field. We spent much of the first three weeks outlining hiring needs and interviewing internally for new positions. Without Jacob's help, we would still not even have a clue why we were having the issues we were. I understand that it takes time for changes to take effect, especially in our case. I have already decided to have IDS back at some point in the future when we get used to all the new staff. The process was in no way cheap, but we have found immense value and will have them back soon.
