Working with David from IDS on what ended up being a two month project. He helped us sharpen our sales strategy, challenged some of the ways we were doing things, and gave us ideas that were practical enough to put into action right away. He also brought some really useful thoughts around recruiting and how we evaluate potential hires. It was almost like he was a part of our company, working in our office, communicating with our team like a co-worker. What I appreciated most was that David didn’t just give us generic advice and move on. He took the time to dig into our numbers, understand where we were, and help us make sense of what the data was actually telling us. We got a lot of value out of a relatively short engagement, and I’d gladly work with him again.
