Working with ISI over the past two months has been an extremely productive experience. It has really opened our eyes to some significant foundational issues that if I am honest, we were not aware of. Justin spent a lot of time working with me on how we evaluate our employees and what tools we needed in place to make said evaluations successful. After the last two months I know understand the importance of employee reviews and holding people responsible for not only their duties but how they interact with other employees. They also helped me be a better manager with regards to communication and expectations. Having experienced the last two months I can say that I find great value in what they provided and would have no issue bringing them back in the future.
