As we are ending our project and time with Greg French, Senior Consultant, we appreciate his patience with us and our companies system that lacks some of the information that would have made his job easier. The tools we have been provided will be helpful in running our business more efficiently. His guidance helped us slow down, organize our processes, and look at our numbers in a more disciplined way. We are already applying what we learned and seeing improvements in how the business runs day to day.
