succession planning

We worked with a gentleman name Ryan from international services inc on and off for the last three months. Our initial reason for hiring them we to do a detailed business analysis with the end goal being to come up with a succession plan. This is what we ended up doing and the process was way more involved than we had expected. Ryan was upfront with us in what the process would entail and how long it would take. We had to halt the process half way through because of a death in the family and Ryan was gracious and went out of his way to make sure we did not get lost in the process. I just wanted to thank him personally for all his help with the succession plan and all the support he was able to provide.
