A Breath of Fresh Air

Nicholas was extremely motivated and went out of our way to work with our staff in a non threatening and collaborative way. He was a breath of fresh air and really helped change our culture for the better. His firehose analogy was certainly on the mark. Nicholas’s greatest strength was being able to explain complex and involved ideas and methodologies to our staff. Prior engagements with other companies would just leave us with a bunch of work product and no real way to implement it. At least with out existing staff. We are finally at a point now where we can manage the company with accurate information and not just from our gut. I wont lie they are are expensive at least compared to what the last company charged us. But that being said you absolutely get what you pay for in these types of situations.
