ISI approached us last June about consulting, this was from a gentleman who came in the office unsolicited. I was skeptical, as we usually do not entertain people who just walk in out of nowhere. It turned out they had called a week prior and setup the appointment with one of our co-owners. Honestly I was at a point where I was questioning whether I wanted to stay in business at all so we decided to give them a shot, hoping we could pinpoint and fix our problems.
