I was buying a letters-men jacket for my senior. She found Jackets R Us to be very good because she said that some of her friends used this company. We decided on the jacket and it was a two hundred deposit so that was taking care of. The guy picked up the Letter from the school and we never heard back from him. So they have the two hundred and the Letter. Calls and emails are not answered Its been almost 3 months and still nothing. One call got answered and that was to say that they closed their doors. These people are rip offs.
