I would not recommend anyone to use this dishonest/lying/cheating company. And I strongly warn anyone who does use Charles's services to be weary of what Charles says over the phone verses what he puts in writing in his fax. An honest man will stand behind his word; a liar and cheat will hide behind his fax.”
