Joann made a great first impression, displaying utmost professionalism and patience with me. I’m not familiar with a lot of the mortgage semantics, but Joann spent a lot of her free time educating and explaining the process, making me feel comfortable about my decision. Moreover, she held true to her word in honoring a lower rate even when rates were going up. I have already referred friends and family to Joann and plan on using her for all my future home endeavors.
