The phone came just as it was described and I love it! I bought this phone because my old one was in the process of breaking. i needed a new phone and my mother didnt want to upgrade my phone because it would extend her contract. i found this phone and loved it mainly because of the color. activating it was simple and the sound quality was just as good as my old one. no problems yet to report.
