Horrible service technician

This was one of the most useless repair services I have ever encountered. I just moved into a new home, and my sprinkler system is clogged and not working properly. Rather than spend a million hours trying to figure it out, I figured it would be easiest this first time to have someone come out and look at the system, walk me through how to use it and adjust the sprinkler heads, so that I could figure it out from there.
My service guy Jose Gritalm turned on my system, declared the whole thing needed to be replaced because of low pressure, and then went to leave. I asked him if he could at least show me how to adjust the heads so that they don't go 360, and instead rotate over a smaller area, and again, he just told me the system was broken and adjusting the heads wouldn't matter. I asked again, if he could just show me how so that in the future I would know, and then he told me they weren't adjustable, and until they had more pressure they wouldn't do anything. Only after asking a third time did he reluctantly show me that the sprinkler heads do,in fact, adjust so that they don't go 360. He didn't even check out all the zones at my house, and only after pointing out I had a fourth zone still did he then take a look at that one. He did absolutely nothing beside turn my system on and off, and was in and out under 10 minutes. I understand it was a Friday evening at 5:00 and he probably was ready for the week to be done, but I still was shocked at the lack of professionalism, knowledge, and how unhelpful my service tech was.
