JUSTGEAR for my brother's Birthday

I have no idea what happened as I've ordered from them before, and received my order in about two weeks for specially made sweatpants.
I reordered in early May for my brothers birthday, which is 23 May. It took until the 8th of may for them to charge my card, received this e-mail on 9 May:
"Thank you for the order.
Your credit card will show a charge from JUSTGEAR.COM for this Swami Sports purchase. The order will ship this coming Monday via Priority Mail."
The Monday was 14 May. Priority Mail I would have gotten it before the 23rd. Even from California. It appears they've changed the name, and now I know why. I've requested a refund on 23 May, and still no response. BAD and SAD!!!
You've been warned.
