This company is a major "RIP-OFF", they lie, the steel, and NEVER, NEVER return a call, I called them when I was in trouble with my Mortgage, they told me they would be able to help me, the first two phone conversation we had, then it took me 3 months to get "someone " to return my call, they took $1500.00 of my $$$$$$, and never helped me, at the very end, when I was talking to my mortgage company, I did more for myself, with my mortgage company than they EVER did, I knew what type of modification and new payment, new interest rate, my new monthly pymt would be BEFORE they did, and then they tried to , underhand me and call my mortgage company and act like they did all the work, NOT - they lie, and rip people off !!!!!!!!!!!!
Wouldn't recommend them if I had to loose EVERYTHING I had !!!!!!!!!
