When I contacted knk legal I was very skeptical since I was still current on my mortgage. I have heard of homeowner’s getting modifications but they were all delinquent. From start to finish, they explained everything very clearly and even went over my options as to what could go wrong. The process took a little bit longer then I expected, but they were in constant contact with me and let me know what was going on with my file. In about 3 ½ months later I received the papers with my new terms of the loan. I was very surprised and excited and accepted immediately. What most has impressed me, is that knk did not just quit working with me once I got my modification. They followed up with me to the very end to make sure everything was completed correctly. I will now recommend them to anyone.
