Competitive prices, Staff knowledgeable about their products, patient and helpful with inquiries. Bought a battery for my Inspiron 1300. Placed the order late in the afternoon, so, even though I chose 2 day shipping, I expected it over the weekend. What a pleasant surprise that they still got it out the same day, and I got it within 2 days of placing the order!!
Had a slight problem with the battery not being charged, and they even helped me resolve the problem! Will go back to them for sure just in case I have future computer needs! Great Job!!
