Kern Legal Services is prompt, efficient, affordable, and provides highly-personalized, and wise, service. I've used them for all of my service-of-process matters. And at times, when my requests might incur unnecessary expenses, Michael Kern himself has called me to tell me that a service I've requested is not necessary, or a better one is available for a lesser price. Moreover, they are always available to help, frequently at the most needed (and potentially, for them, least convenient) times. For example, I was recently in trial and needed a proof of service I couldn't locate, and they scanned and emailed it to me so I could print it at the Court and present it to the Judge.
Michael Kern runs a class operation.
