Mr.Michael Kern is friendly, responsive, efficient and no none sense!
We had tried to find the hiding defendant in multiple ways but it was not productive. Frustrated by the lack of information of internet search engine and public record, I contact Mr. Kern a few weeks ago regarding skip-tracing and serving the defendant.
He immediately helped me trace the defendant using his database, and in no time, he allocate the defendant's current address.
With his expertise, we were able to file to the small claim in no time and had the defendant served two days later.
I was not able to find the original copy of the serving paper to present to the court. Their office mailed me another original copy on the same day and send me an email copy as well. This is truly a group of professionals who know what they are doing!
My overall experience with Kern Legal Service is excellent and I'll definitely hire them again in the future if needed!
