Rush filing wasn't filed as a rush, but they charged card immediately, etc, etc

Chose a rush filing and was charged immediately, but a day later I was told that they "didn't get order, but the card was charged."
Then to save face they never filed the documents and claimed that the documents were rejected 3 times, but I had to call and email several times to hear about all of this at the end of the day.
Very unorganized company. Wouldn't recommend
