I joined Kimkins on June 25, 2007, and have had nothing but positive experiences with the diet itself and with the positive encouragement and support from other members, recent negative press nonwithstanding. I was promised a diet that would work quickly, and it did--I have lost over 75 pounds. I was promised support from admins and members, and I received everything from encouragement to product sources to recipes..the list goes on and on. Do I feel healthier? I answer a resounding yes! My hair did not fall out, nor did I suffer any other adverse effects. If I had, I would have had the good sense to examine my approach to the diet and/or consult with a physician, taking responsibility for my own actions, as all adults should. Although I definitely regret the current controversy concerning Kimmer/Heidi, she was nothing but helpful to me and, as I said before, I got exactly what I needed when I signed up, and so much more!
