I ordered a large number of cabinets for a kitchen and family room. They arrived quickly, but 3 cabinets were damaged - 2 were damaged and patched at the factory and one was damaged in shipping. I reported the damage promptly, and after much back and forth, they finally agreed to replace. Although I had purchased and paid extra for ASSEMBLED cabinets, they shipped me one assembled cabinet and pieces of the other two which I would have to take apart myself and repair. If I had wanted to assemble the cabinets myself, I would have done so originally and paid a lot less money . Their response to my complaint was to offer to send me a video showing me how to assemble. Save yourself a lot of headaches and order from one of the other online companies that sell Forevermark cabinets - their customer service has to be better than this!!
