We called Kitchens Only based on a referral from our appliance dealer (Snyder Diamond) and based on their excellent BBB rating. We were not disappointed. The service manager Gregory Job came in person, was experienced, knowledgeable and resourceful, and solved our problem without running up a giant bill. He seems to be the patriarch of the family that owns the company, so it's not surprising that he really believes in good service. In any case, I was impressed by his forthrightness and good humor, and even more impressed by the quality of his work and follow-through. We have used Allen Edwards (who was completely unsatisfactory) and others, and to date Kitchens Only is a top notch performer among a pack of pretty poor companies.
