Horrible service

We are having a home built by Koch. When we signed the official contract and plans for the home, it was indicated all the units like the air conditioner, electric meter, etc., would be placed on the opposite exterior wall of where are courtyard would be. This was important to us because the courtyard is small, we didn’t want any equipment in the yard. Koch Homes placed the electric meter smack dab in the middle of our courtyard. Going against the official plans. We tried to get help to no avail. Apparently, according to Ricoh, a VP of Koch, it’s not an important issue, that life is too short and we need to move on. Of course, this is not Rich’s home, it’s ours. I’m sure if this happened to him, he would be throwing a fit. Koch homes doesn’t care about their customers. They just don’t care. Beware of this builder. By the way, Koch told us they could not put the meter where the official plan stated it was going to be due to their standard practices. They did this for a home three houses down from us. They made a mistake an d won’t own up to it.
