Buyers beware

This past weekend I started demolition for a kitchen upgrade. Since Koch Homes refused to accommodate my non-functioning stove— I upgraded myself. In previous communications they agreed to assist with the stoves heating inability. They later retractef.
During demolition I discovered the floor was laid after my cabinets were installed. My cabinets were mounted to the subfloor. Contractors also must have mis-measured the quartz countertops. They cut a hole in the drywall and padded it with pink insulation. The weight of the counter made a larger hole in the kitchen wall. The countertop collapsed when removed.
Buyers do your research! I closed in Sept. 2018.
