WARNING! This company (Kota Scooters / Gary Schuetz) will lie to you. They will give you a false tracking number and blatantly lie about the progress of your order/shipment. They will attempt to string you along by telling you they are going to enhance your order somehow in order to 'make it right' but in reality they are just trying to buy enough time so that it becomes less likely you will ever get your money back. You don't have to search very hard on the internet to find a host of unsatisfied kota customers who had poor experiences with this company. If you are considering buying a scooter for your child (or anyone), steer clear of this company. Your child will be sorely disappointed and you may never get your money back.
There are many other legitimate scooter stores which are cheaper, faster, and more reliable. Do a little research before you buy.
