I made the worst mistake by having my daughter in this facility as a patient, very poor service, constant complaints I've heard from patients complaining about having their braces more time than stated, dental assistance not being able to do what needed to be done at the visit. When you want to complaint they ignore your request. Most important issue, once you are done paying the total cost, they delay in your next appointments. The lady in charge of the facility does not take no action at all. Please be real careful when you choose a dental provider.
