I have been buying LD Products refilled cartridges for a few years, with mixed results. Sometimes the cartridges are short-lived (under-filled) and sometimes not. The quality of color cartridges has been especially uneven. About a month ago, I discovered a substantial cartridge leakage problem that wrecked the surface of the file that the printer sits on.
I immediately sent photos, described the situation, and requested a recommendation for resolution via email to LD Products.
There has been absolutely no response from them. I don't plan to buy any more cartridges from them, and would not recommend them to anyone else.
