LG Washer Sucks!

We purchased an LG Washer in November of 2009. In June of 2013 it started to stop washing in the middle of the cycle. Upon getting it looked at by their service people, they told us the entire machine had to be replaced because we used too much soap! WHAT
A JOKE! They want $500 from us for a machine that was only used 2x per week! WHAT A PIECE! HORRIBLE COMPANY AND PRODUCT! Their customer service department is a joke, making me run around for 5 weeks while they lost the paperwork, kept denying they received
the fax with the information and giving me an email address that kept bouncing back to me. They denied the extended warranty claim to replace the whole thing. PLEASE STAY IN KOREA!
